Carnival Themed Wedding

This carnival themed wedding was featured in Charlotte Wedding Magazine. I was so impressed by the food. It was miniature and a lot of it was southern style food. The catering was handled by La-Tea-Da's.

The menu was an upscale version of a carnival menu. It consisted of chicken cordon bleu lollipops, pork belly corndogs, fried chicken and waffles with a chipotle butter and vanilla bourbon maple syrup, sweet potato fries with smoked sea salt, and petite hot dogs. The feast was finished with banana split and PB&J cheesecake lollipops and cotton candy shooters. The couple even offered personalized Jones Sodas.

The creativity in this wedding was just amazing!
