What's In Season: Yogurt

What’s on the menu today?  Yogurt!  While it is repetitive to serve the same ingredient in more than one course, the purpose of this post is to show you a variety of ways that the specialty item of the week can be used.   For most, yogurt is a healthier version of ice cream, but there are numerous other ways to enjoy it.  Below are a few examples.

Appetizer: Light Deviled Eggs (yogurt used instead of mayo)

Salad: Chickpea & Spinach Salad with Orange Yogurt Sauce

Entree: Grilled Lemon Yogurt Chicken

Dessert: Strawberry Yogurt Mascarpone Tart
